How it runs
The programme runs on the company’s own material: participants bring their lines, layouts and figures. Theory comes in blocks before each practical step, and the reviews are led by an engineer who has done the rollouts.
Format
From 16 to 72 hours depending on depth: an intensive for the management team or a full course for the engineering group.
Both are assembled for the company: the modules and the depth are agreed after the audit.
