How it runs
The programme runs on the company’s own material: participants bring their lines, layouts and figures. Theory comes in blocks before each practical step, and the reviews are led by an engineer who has done the rollouts.

From 16 to 72 hours depending on depth: an intensive for the management team or a full course for the engineering group.

Frequently asked questions
Do participants need any background?
No. The programme is built for engineering and management roles with no experience in robotics or machine learning. The technical blocks start from scratch, but in production terms.
Does the training happen at our site or yours?
Either. The modules that need your processes and equipment are easier to run on site; the theory blocks work online.
What does the audit before the programme include?
Interviews with managers, a walk through the lines, a look at the available data and current projects. It ends with a short report proposing the make-up of the programme.
Do you issue a certificate?
Yes, participants receive a professional development certificate. The form and the number of hours are agreed in the contract.
Do you work with plants outside the capital?
Yes. Travel for the teaching group is agreed separately, and part of the modules run remotely to keep travel costs down.
